It can be extended at the end by approximately a mile by continuing past Tundry pond and around Dogmersfield Park.

Great walk with a dog, with a lovely section running alongside the Basingstoke Canal – There is one awkward Stile with dogs, however a section of fence can be lifted offering plenty of space even for bigger dogs.

There is plenty of parking available at the start, and there is a pub just opposite.
